Commercial real estate data company RSQUARE (CEO Yong-kyun Lee) has been named to the 'Asia-Pacific High-Growth 500 Companies' list by the Financial Times (FT) and global market research firm Statista for the fourth consecutive year.
FT and Statista recently announced their list of 500 companies in the Asia-Pacific region that achieved the highest growth from 2018 to 2024. According to the report, RSQUARE recorded an average annual growth rate of 31.4% from 2020 ($54 million) to 2023 ($112 million), resulting in a cumulative revenue increase of 126.8%.
According to the FT, while this year’s business environment remains uncertain due to the economic slowdown, RSQUARE continues to grow by strengthening both its core operations and new ventures. Despite market headwinds, the company has sustained solid growth in emerging business areas such as real estate investment advisory, asset management, data-driven consulting, and specialized building construction projects.
In particular, its self-developed commercial real estate data platform, ‘RSQUARE Analytics (RA),’ has secured contracts with numerous major domestic institutions and overseas limited partners (LPs), helping to bring greater transparency to the traditionally opaque commercial real estate market.
