This innovation is expected to disrupt a market structure that has long remained stagnant under monopolistic conditions. According to PropTech company RSQUARE, the company operates the residential life innovation brand HomeDot, with its flagship service being HomeDot ERP. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) refers to comprehensive resource management systems traditionally used for corporate operations, now applied to residential complex management.

HomeDot ERP offers integrated support for essential apartment management functions, including meter readings, billing, collection, accounting, resident services, and human resources.

Unlike conventional systems, HomeDot ERP employs a cloud-based web solution that requires no separate system installation. It enhances information management security through system redundancy and security modules while providing additional services through integration with various external institutions. RSQUARE has announced plans to lead new advancements in the apartment ERP market through HomeDot ERP.
