The 'Natural Products Expo West', now in its 44th year, is the world's largest natural food trade show hosted annually by the 'New Hope Network', a representative organization of the natural product industry. More than 3,000 brands from all over the world, including North America, Europe, and Asia, participate to showcase products related to the organic food industry, and it boasts high authority with over 60,000 professional buyers visiting.

 

Daesang Co., Ltd. participated in this exhibition to further expand its influence in the global market in line with the K-food trend that is spreading worldwide. In addition, it plans to further expand its distribution channels in the U.S. and expand its contact points with local buyers who visit the exhibition by introducing various products that are targeting global food trends.

 

Accordingly, Daesang Corporation will promote the excellence of Korean food by leading the kimchi brand 'Jongga' and the global food brand 'O'food'. It also plans to propose a natural, highly functional food material solution targeting the increasing need for health worldwide.

 

Daesang Co., Ltd. will showcase various Jongga kimchi products that are highly recognized overseas through this exhibition. You can find a variety of products, including ▲Sanho Won Original Kimchi ▲Sanho Won White Kimchi ▲Costco Seasoned Kimchi ▲Costco Bachelor Kimchi as well as ▲Cucumber Kimchi ▲Vegan Kimchi ▲White Kimchi produced locally in the US. In particular, the two types of Sanho Won kimchi are a premium line that Daesang Co., Ltd. created last year in collaboration with the casual Korean restaurant ‘San Ho Won’ run by Michelin 3-star chef ‘Corey Lee’, and are expected to attract the attention of many buyers.

 

Also, among the 'O'food' products, they will present three types of frozen chicken with a Korean street food concept ▲Gochujang flavor ▲Soy sesame flavor ▲Honey garlic flavor and three types of tteokbokki ▲Original flavor ▲Sweet chili flavor ▲BBQ flavor along with tasting, and they will spread the charm of sweet and crunchy K-food.

 

Lucky Foods, an American food company acquired in 2023, will also operate a separate booth to display and sample a variety of products, including ▲Seoul kimchi ▲Bulgogi spring rolls ▲Mini pancakes ▲Finger foods with kimchi sauce.

 

In addition, various specialty materials based on the differentiated material technology of Daesang Corporation will be introduced. In addition to 'Allulose' from 'Sweevero', an integrated alternative sugar brand launched last year, 'NAMINO', a natural seasoning material that reduces sodium intake while providing a luxurious savory taste, and 'Dsavory', a natural flavoring material, will be introduced.

 

In addition, we plan to promote the plant-based protein materials 'GoldRella' and 'White Chlorella' based on microalgae to inform people that the two materials are rich in protein and fiber including nine essential amino acids, as well as micronutrients including vitamin B12, which is essential for a vegan diet.
