The Jeju Air accident at Muan Airport was recorded as a major disaster, ranking 7th in terms of fatalities in South Korea's history.
We looked into the accidents that caused the most casualties among the accidents that occurred in Korea. Incidents that occurred on Korean soil, but before the establishment of the government and thus were not considered the Republic of Korea at the time, were excluded.
